Payment Options (including HICAPS) & Health Funds

It is Lighthouse Beach Dental policy that payment is required at the time of your appointment. If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, please notify our Administration team prior to your treatment so that we can discuss payment plans and financing options with you.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Cash
• Cheque

Health Funds

We have Hicaps which is linked to all health funds. Therefore, whatever fund you may be in, we are able to process your health fund claim instantly, meaning that you only need pay the gap.

In addition, we do have a special relationship with HCF and Manchester Unity. Our relationship with these funds is such that for check up items (exam, clean, fluoride, x-rays) there is no gap. That is right! Your check up and clean will be totally free.

The only time that this special relationship is not applicable is when a clean is far more extensive than is average. Therefore, 98% of the time there will be No GAP for clean, scale, fluoride and x-ray item numbers for HCF and Manchester Unity Health Fund members.
